Individual therapy for becoming more grounded, connected, and fully alive.

Are you exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward?

Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening inside, and develop the capacity to respond to life differently.

We can explore what you've been carrying, understand the patterns that have developed, and build the skills you need to move toward the life you want.

What would living alive and well look like for you?

  • Feeling more in control of your emotions?

  • Understanding yourself more deeply?

  • Being able to accept things you can’t change and still grow?

  • Having more meaningful, connected relationships?

  • Setting boundaries without guilt?

  • Feeling more confident in who you are?

  • Making choices based on what matters to you?

What we'll work toward in sessions:

  • Emotional Awareness & Processing - You’ll learn to notice what's happening inside you: your emotions, body sensations, needs, and patterns. Then learn to stay with your experience rather than automatically avoiding, suppressing, or reacting to it.

  • Nervous System Regulation - You’ll learn to recognize when you're becoming activated, overwhelmed, or shut down, and develop practical ways to return to a greater sense of inner safety and steadiness.

  • Psychological Flexibility - You’ll build capacity to hold competing emotions and needs without getting stuck in either/or thinking. Life is full of both/and moments. You can be hurt and still love someone. You can be afraid and still move forward. You can accept what is hard right now and still grow.

  • Authentic Connection - You’ll learn to stay connected to yourself while connecting with others. Explore your relationship patterns, attachment needs, boundaries, and protective responses. Develop greater confidence communicating what you need, being vulnerable, and building relationships that allow you to be both connected and authentic.

  • Valued Living - You’ll build toward a life that reflects what matters to you. Clarify your values, strengths, needs, and priorities, and begin making choices that move you toward being the person you want to be rather than being guided primarily by fear, shame, expectations, or old patterns.
